Final price is confirmed after physical inspection of the device.
Estimates may change based on actual condition of the device.
3. Payments
Payments must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.
We accept UPI, cash, bank transfer, and other supported methods.
No refunds once a service is completed successfully.
4. Warranty
Warranty varies by service type:
Software issues: No warranty
Hardware replacement: Warranty provided as per the part’s manufacturer
Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse voids all warranties
5. Customer Responsibility
Backup your data before repair (if possible).
We are not responsible for data loss during repair.
Ensure the device is collected on time after service.
6. Technician Visit
Doorstep service is subject to technician availability.
If the customer cancels after technician arrival, a visit charge may apply.
7. Limitations
Zestkart is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Device failures unrelated to our repair
Data loss during repair
Delays caused by part availability
8. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
Provide false information
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access or modification of content
