1. Service Usage

  • Technicians may contact you for verification and scheduling.


2. Diagnosis & Estimates

  • Initial diagnosis may be done online or at your location.

  • Final price is confirmed after physical inspection of the device.

  • Estimates may change based on actual condition of the device.


3. Payments

  • Payments must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept UPI, cash, bank transfer, and other supported methods.

  • No refunds once a service is completed successfully.


4. Warranty

Warranty varies by service type:

  • Software issues: No warranty

  • Hardware replacement: Warranty provided as per the part’s manufacturer

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse voids all warranties


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Backup your data before repair (if possible).

  • We are not responsible for data loss during repair.

  • Ensure the device is collected on time after service.


6. Technician Visit

  • Doorstep service is subject to technician availability.

  • If the customer cancels after technician arrival, a visit charge may apply.


7. Limitations

Zestkart is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Device failures unrelated to our repair

  • Data loss during repair

  • Delays caused by part availability


8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access or modification of content


9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
